Honey-Broiled Salmon Filets
This recipe is super easy to prepare and cook, making it a great option for busy weeknights. All you need to do is mix the ingredients for the glaze, brush it over the salmon, broil it for a few minutes, and voila! The result is a beautiful, golden brown, and perfectly cooked salmon fillet that is both sweet and savory.

- 4 salmon filets 4-6oz each
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 scallion optional
Preheat the broiler to high and place a rack 6-8 inches from heat source.
Arrange the salmon filets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and black pepper.
Brush half of the mixture over the salmon filets.
Broil the salmon for 3-4 minutes and then brush with the remaining mixture.
Broil for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is browned on top and cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. (Optional) Chop the scallion and use to top salmon and side dishes.
